Based in Belgium, you’ll be responsible of the sales team. You'll meet interesting decision-makers across various product categories (detergents, cosmetics, skin care, air care, etc. You will principally meet Marketing Managers and Brand managers.

Your missions: You manage the entire sales team and certification process.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join Air Label Score. The successful candidate will lead our teams, focusing on expanding our market presence and managing the team to introduce our certification services to potential clients. The CEO will play a critical role in managing the team, helping them negotiate deals, build strong client relationships, plan product analyses, and participate in industry trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Manage a small sales team.
- Oversee various market segments and develop strategies to penetrate and grow market share.Identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Acquisition:
- Introduce Air Label Score certification to major accounts alongside the sales team and convert them into clients.Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our certification.
- Deal Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure favorable outcomes.
- Negociate term and conditions with the labs performing the analyses.
- Product Analysis Planning:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product analyses.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely analyses of products.
- Ongoing Client Engagement:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by continually certifying their new products each year.
- Trade Show Participation:
- Represent Air Label Score at trade shows and industry events to meet potential clients.
- Network with industry professionals to promote our certification services.
- Consumer Advocacy:
- Assist consumers in making informed choices about products that have a low impact on their health.
- Educate the public about the benefits of Air Label Score certification.
- Marketing and Communication & PR
- Establish the marketing strategies with the agencies.
- Regulatory analyses
- Follow new laws and regulations to integrate them into the certification process.

Your profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hard sales (cold calling).
- Experience in managing a small sales team.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in planning and executing market strategies.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Empathetic and consumer-focused.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
